Master Bath Retreat
This couple hired us to work alongside their long-time friend and contractor to design a bathroom they could relax in when they retreated to their lake house in Hot Springs. Separate furniture-style "His and Her" vanities opened up the space next to a large, squared-off frame-less glass shower with Brushed Bronze hardware. Kohler's Bancroft line added a touch of elegance in the fixture details while their Brushed Bronze finish added warmth to the gray stain on the vanities and the white tile finishes.
A crisp, light gray paint color contrasts the clean, white tiles. A "feathered" look accent tile caps off the over-sized subway tile around the room with a thick chair rail tile to finish off the look.
Creative storage features allowed for nooks and crannies to be used to their fullest potential. We love this drawer cutout for plumbing with a retractable GFCI drawer outlet!
Smaller details completed the look. We certainly think we achieved the "spa-like" feel this couple was after!
